EXW ( Ex Works)
Buyer assumes all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from the seller's premises to the desired destination. The seller's obligation is to make the goods available at his premises ( workshop , factory, warehouse). This term can be used in all modes of transport .
 
The shipment is always done at the risk and peril of buyer .
 
Any discrepancies between transport document " DDT " and delivered goods must be notified by the Purchaser to the Supplier not later than 7 days from the date of receipt of goods by mail . Letter or Fax
 
Unless necessary clarifications of the buyer, shipments will be made by transport company chosen by us and the exclusion of any liability towards us . It is always the condition EX -WORKS INCOTERMS 2010.
 
The packing costs are always paid by the Purchaser which will be charged at cost price , the packaging will not be accepted as return .
 
We do not accept claims after 7 days of receipt of the goods.
