INCOTERMS 2010: Standard Trade Definitions Used In International Freight Transactions
 
EXW ( Ex Works)
Buyer assumes all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from the seller's premises to the desired destination . The seller's obligation is to make the goods available at his premises ( workshop , factory, warehouse). This term can be used in all modes of transport .
 
The shipment is always done at the risk and peril .
 
Any discrepancies of the goods transport document " DDT " will be notified by the Purchaser to the Supplier not later than 7 days from the date of receipt by mail . Letter or Fax
 
Unless necessary clarifications of the Principal , shipments will be made ??by means of transport chosen by us and the exclusion of any liability towards us . It is always the condition EX -WORKS INCOTERMS 2010.
 
The packing costs are always paid by the Purchaser which will be charged at cost price , the packaging will not be accepted for return .
 
We do not accept claims after 7 days of receipt of the goods.
